Booking Policy

Please read this policy carefully before booking any course or workshop, whether in-person or online. By booking a course on this website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Payment

All courses and workshops (in-person or online) must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Payment options include:

Payflex: Pay in 3 installments (available for South African students).
Yoco: Pay in full with a credit card (available for both South African and international students).

Booking Policy for In-Person Courses

Event Tickets: Your booking is considered your event ticket.

Attendance: Please present your ticket (printed or digital) on the day of the event at BB Craft School.
Non-Refundable: Tickets are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your booking to a later course date one time. BB Craft School must be notified at least 30 days in advance of the original booking date.
Ticket Transfer: Tickets may be transferred to another person. Please notify BB Craft School in advance to arrange the transfer.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the course without prior notification or rescheduling, your booking will be forfeited, and no compensation will be provided.
What to Bring: Details of any materials, tools, or items you need to bring will be sent upon confirmation of your booking.

Booking Policy for Online Courses

Non-Refundable: Bookings for online courses are non-refundable.
Access to Materials: Once your booking is confirmed, you will retain access to course materials for self-paced completion.

Live Sessions: For courses with live sessions, dates and times will be provided upon confirmation of booking. A reminder will also be sent prior to each session.

Technical Requirements:
Ensure you have access to a computer, a stable internet connection, and any required software.
BB Craft School provides free design software recommendations but does not offer technical support for personal devices.

Login Credentials: Keep your login details private. Sharing access with others is not permitted.
Course Materials & Copyright

All course materials, whether for in-person or online courses, are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of BB Craft School.

No Sharing: Materials must not be shared, copied, reproduced, or distributed in any form without explicit permission from BB Craft School.
Leaked Content: If course materials are leaked or shared without authorization, immediate steps will be taken, including legal action, to protect intellectual property.
By booking a course, you agree to use the materials solely for personal learning and not for any other purpose.

Changes to Course Dates or Content

BB Craft School reserves the right to modify course dates, content, or live session times if necessary. In the event of significant changes, you will be notified in advance and provided with suitable alternatives where possible.

Code of Conduct (All Courses)

Respectful behavior is expected during in-person and online sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from the course without a refund.

Participants in online courses are required to maintain the privacy of all course content and materials, which are the intellectual property of BB Craft School.
