​Hi there, Brandt here.

​I started woodworking full-time in 2013, focusing on commercial manufacturing from the very beginning. This experience shaped my approach to woodworking, prioritizing efficiency, power tools, and practical techniques to deliver high-quality results.

​Rather than being rooted in traditional methods or hand tools, my focus has always been on using the tools and processes that make the most sense for productivity and precision. This approach also extended to training my staff, enabling them to quickly gain the skills needed to contribute effectively to the business and projects.

​My passion for woodworking and teaching led me to start BB Craft School in January 2022, based in Strand, Cape Town. At the school, I aim to equip students with practical, results-driven skills—whether it's through cupboard design, build, and installation courses or woodworking and computer-based design training.

​Since opening, BB Craft School has trained over 320 students in person and more than 200 students in our online courses.
